Usually by the end of the wedding-photography-process, my professional relationship with my brides ends up turning into a friendship. We stay in touch constantly from the first email until the day of the wedding… To plan an engagement session, her bridal portraits, and of course discuss a plan for the big day… So it’s no surprise that I end up forming a bond with these ladies.
Courtney is no exception! Courtney & I hardly knew each other when she hired me for all of her wedding photography needs. She is a good friend of my sister, and they both work together at Rigsby Frederick Salon here in Baton Rouge. So that’s how she found out about my work. I’m so glad that Courtney took a chance on me because we have made some beautiful photographs together… Not only that, but I can confidently say that I gained a great friend when I gained her as a client. I just love this girl!
The day she married Josh was so beautiful in every single way. I cannot wait until I can show off those images! But for now, enjoy Courtney’s beautiful bridal portraits.
Side note: Courtney is a super amazingly talented hair & make-up artist! Seriously! She did her own make-up for these portraits. She’s also flawless, so there’s that too.
Lainey Reed you are so talented! Thank you for sharing these, of course I’m remembering this day with tears in my eyes. ❤️
