Q: Where should we take our photos?
A: Family sessions are either at the Mamou studio, in your home, or outdoors! I love photographing at places that mean something to you - choose somewhere unique to your story - a family favorite!
Q: how do I get our gallery afterwards?
A: I'll send over an online, downloadable gallery that you can even order affordable, professional prints from so that the photos don't collect dust in your computer.
Q: How long do we wait for our gallery?
A: Family session galleries are usually sent over about three weeks after your session date. If you need them by a certain day, we can talk about that option at booking!
Q: Will all of the photos be edited?
A: Absolutely - I'll send over a curated and edited gallery that is ready for printing and sharing. All photos are in the most flattering light and I'll edit blemishes as needed without over-photoshopping anyone.
Q: how many photos will I receive?
A: For a family session, usually 40-50 images are included in all of my galleries - maybe even more!
Q: what's the investment for a family session?
A: Send over an inquiry for all the details, but my family sessions start at $400 to give you an idea of what you can expect to invest!
These photos are meant to capture the personality and beauty of your child at their current age, while remaining timeless. The lack of trendy clothing or backgrounds will help these images stand the test of time. The goal is to give you something tangible that you can pass down to future generations as a family heirloom.
