Wedding days never go 100% according to plan. Sometimes it rains like crazy, and it’s too muddy to take any photos outdoors. Sometimes dresses don’t fit perfectly, and last minute adjustments have to be made. Sometimes the priest mispronounces your name wrong throughout the entire ceremony. (See laughing photos during the ceremony) But it’s all good! You’ve just gotta roll with it and laugh about it, which is exactly what these awesome people did. (Perfection is totally overrated and boring anyway, am I right?)
Brooke and Stephen’s day was so much fun to be a part of! Their reception was a PARTY to say the least, and their band even had me dancing until they shut it all down. (Souled Out) By the end of the night, I felt like I was among friends and not a group of strangers I had just met earlier that day. I loved Brooke and Stephen’s friends and family. Everyone there was having such a blast, which made it a blast for me to photograph!
I thoroughly enjoyed reliving their day while making this blog post. I still have a sweet thank you card from Brooke stuck to my refrigerator door, because when I get to work with people like these, they tend to stick with me long after the wedding is over.
